Many girls and leaders from the District went to a Cawl and Slideshow evening at Crymych Market Hall to raise money for Uganda. The Local Vicar together with 2 of our leaders are going to Uganda in May to see a school and clinic for which they have been fundraising. Currently money is being raised for the school as well as for local Guide Groups. More details on the trip to follow shortly. To help please contact us.
Rev. Ann Howells, Vicar of Clydau, Llanfyrnach and Llanglydwen with 5 others including Crymych Brown Owl and Rainbow Guider Hazel are off to Kigasi, Uganda for 3 weeks. Uganda is in Central Africa and lies both sides of the Equator. Bishop George lives in Kigasi with his wife and 6 children. Bishop George and his wife came over to visit Wales many years ago and his wife visited Crymych Guides, when Pumba was in Guides.
